Application of Travel Daily Advertising Terms and Conditions
Unless otherwise agreed, Travel Daily Advertising Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) apply to all matters concerning Travel Daily advertisements, particularly in 2019. These Terms and Conditions serve as a legal document and binding provision for the use of all advertisement products (“Products”) from the Travel Daily Business Team (“Travel Daily”). By agreeing to cooperate and signing the Booking Order, the Client also expresses their agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
The term “Products” refers to all advertisements placed and appearing in print and electronic or digital formats owned and represented by Travel Daily, including but not limited to newspapers, digital editions, websites, online services, mobile sites, and other media outlets as stipulated within these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions do not concern or include advertisements placed by Travel Daily’s internal divisions, nor do they apply to advertisements placed outside general media placements. Regarding programmatic buying, these Terms and Conditions apply to the extent that market practices do not require otherwise and will be further regulated in a separate agreement concerning programmatic buying.
These Terms and Conditions apply when advertisers agree to place advertisements in any form, such as Regular Ads, Classified Ads, Online Display Banner Ads, Online Sponsored Content, and other Online Sponsored Ads. If the advertisement is submitted by an agent, the agent is responsible for ensuring compliance with all aspects of the agreed Terms and Conditions, as well as for fulfilling their own obligations (including responsibility for the content of the material and advertisement fees, with full liability for any credit losses).
These Terms and Conditions may change at any time and do not apply retroactively to agreements made before this document was agreed upon by the parties. If the Client currently has an agreement with Travel Daily regarding the matters stipulated within these Terms and Conditions, the provisions in that agreement shall supersede any conflicting provisions in these Terms and Conditions.
